In a peaceful town, a tragic death leads to two men’s desperate crime race.
A single father, Choong-shik loves his one and only daughter more than anybody in the world. One day, the girl is gone missing and a few months later her dead body is found near the river. Suspecting his daughter has been murdered after sexual abuse, the desperate father doesn’t trust police and decides to do his own investigation until he finds out his new neighbor Se-jin is a former sexual offender. Now Choong-shik informs the whole neighborhood of this man’s crime record as a pedophile and parents attack Se-jin and his family and ask them to leave the town
